Atlas

Terms

Updated 8 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Atlas, made by Nixon Perinchery ("we"). Using Atlas means you accept them.

Licence

Atlas is licensed, not sold. Your licence names who may use it and for how long. Do not share it, resell it, or work around its checks.

Your accounts and your costs

Atlas works through accounts you own: your Claude account, your git hosting, and, in the cloud version, your DigitalOcean account. You are responsible for following those services' terms and for what they charge. Atlas shows what it spends, and in the cloud version lets you set a budget, but the bills are yours.

Your work

The code and documents Atlas produces for your project belong to you. Review what it ships before you rely on it, as you would any engineer's work.

Reports

A licensed copy sends a daily usage report, described on the Privacy page.

No warranty

Atlas is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your licence in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
