Refunds

Atlas licences are paid monthly, through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. This page says how cancelling and refunds work. Questions: [email protected].

Cancel any time

You can cancel your licences whenever you like. They keep working until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

A full refund within 14 days

If you ask within 14 days of a payment, we refund that payment in full — no questions about why. Write to [email protected] from the email you sign in to Atlas with, and say which payment. The licences it paid for stop when the refund is made.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back the way you paid — to the same card or PayPal account — through Lemon Squeezy, which also adjusts any tax that was charged. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

The free plan and the trial

One project on your Mac is free, and every team's first 30 days include a server project free, so there is nothing to refund for those. When the trial ends, projects on your server pause with their work saved; nothing is deleted.
